Natuzzi Italia Dallas is part of the Cantoni family. As the GM of a brand-new concept store, they have built their client list to make us the most successful Natuzzi Italia location in the Dallas metro area. Mr. Ibrahim is customer-focused, strategic leader with extensive experience in retail management, department store environments and furniture. Excels at driving sales, coaching and developing sales associates, managing budget / P&L, and HR functions. He has consistently achieved or exceeded performance goals while establishing high standards of customer service and quality. Quick learner; demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able delegator.
Q: What was your first job ever? & What was the takeaway from that role?
My professional journey started in men’s fashion clothing at a really young age. I understood textiles, textures, and fabrics. This is when I discovered everything comes together to tell one big story. Personalities can be captured in many ways; my mission was to always find that “WOW” moment that makes you feel good about yourself.
It is no surprise to me that I later worked with the textiles, textures, and fabrics of luxury furniture with Natuzzi Italia. I utilized my many years knowledge and experience in the luxury market for my leadership role today. Fast forward to today and Natuzzi Italia Dallas is one of the top five most successful Natuzzi Italia locations in the country.

Q: What is your ultimate role/responsibility for your company?
As the General manager for Natuzzi Italia Dallas, which is part of the Cantoni Group, I focus on maintaining a positive environment where creativity and design come to life. My involvement with the showroom started at the very beginning when we opened our doors in fall of 2021.

Q: What’s your company service/product offerings?
We build custom furniture made and shipped directly from Italy or offer QuickTime products for those needing something ASAP. Most of what is displayed on our showroom floor is stocked, which is hard to find these days!
We have three extremely talented designers that are amazing at what they do; Thom Gehring, John Hudik and Raven Vermeil. They are here to make our client’s design dreams come true. Also, we offer an amazing trade/designer program for industry professionals.
